Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (not caused by Everywares) may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories or intimate items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Everywares will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was an error by Everywares

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us.
Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible once the original item is returned.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Everywares will provide a prepaid label only for cases where the mistake is on our end.
