Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

Have all original tags and packaging

Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (not caused by Everywares) may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Accessories or intimate items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Everywares will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was an error by Everywares
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us.
Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible once the original item is returned.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Everywares will provide a prepaid label only for cases where the mistake is on our end.
